Light, fluffy and moist walnut dough filled with vanilla cream, apricot, our artisanal almond "milk" jam and small pieces of walnuts. Makes a beautiful Christmas decoration for a beautiful and special table.
 Ingredients. egg, brown rice flour, walnuts , vanilla, brown sugar, baking powder. Artisanal almond drink, coconut drink, corn starch, agave, apricot.
 For the sugar-free option, we replaced brown sugar and agave with a blend of sweeteners: erythritol and stevia.
 Decoration:
 gingerbread cookie (our recipe contains almonds ), pine nuts (inedible) and cinnamon stick.
 Keep in the refrigerator. Validity 3 days.
 We do not recommend freezing because vanilla cream contains starch and may change texture during the freezing process. The remaining components remain the same during the freezing process.
