For summer we created this vegan, nutritious and sugar-free lemon tart!
Fresh and delicious for lunches and dinners with friends.
Ingredients:
cashew, dates, grated coconut, ground almonds, neutral coconut oil (bio), lemon juice, erythritol and stevia blend, agar agar.
decoration: dried orange, dried and edible flower petals, blueberries.
