 Ingredients: sweet potato, 72% cocoa chocolate, low-fat cocoa, rice flour, coconut drink, olive oil, sodium bicarbonate.
 May contain nuts.
 Shelf life: In the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Frozen for up to 3 months.
 Instructions: Remove to the refrigerator the day before consumption or at room temperature for approximately 2 hours. After defrosting, heat in the microwave for approximately 20/30 seconds before consuming. Just remove the lid to heat in the microwave.
 If you choose to consume only one part, heat the intended amount for consumption in another container.
 Suggestion: serve with ice cream.
